WARRANTY INFORMATION
Provided that the installation of our products is performed in accordance with the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute standards, PaverSource will warranty our pavers and coping against manufacturing defects for a period of twenty years. This warranty covers structural integrity only, not colors, as colors have a tendency to fade.
This warranty does not cover improper installation, the use of incorrect setting materials, damage caused by abuse, or damage from incorrect sealing techniques. Efflorescence is a natural chemical process that can occur in all concrete products. Efflorescence or its removal is not covered by this warranty.
Excessive pressure washing will damage pavers and is not covered by this warranty. Paver Source reserves the right to determine if excessive pressure washing has occurred.
Due to the numerous issues that may arise beyond our control, Paver Source does not warranty thin pavers in driveway applications.
PaverSource?s obligation is limited to supplying new material to replace the defective product. Installation and delivery costs of replacement product will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The PaverSource warranty does not include the following:
- The installation of any product less than 2 3/8 inch thick in vehicular application (driveways, roadways).
- This exclusion pertains to our 1" thin pavers and our 12x12 and 16x16 slabs.
- Common imperfections in concrete products such as exposed aggregates, small chips or cracks and varying surface textures.
- Abnormal wear and tear such as stains and erosion from water.
- Shade or color blend variations between paver units and shade variations between products, samples and photographs.
- Any problem which may be a direct result of objects being left on the pavers which may effect their color or surface
